Subsequently, owning and operating private businesses that provide full service corporate, private & public events catering, cocktail parties, luncheons, banquets, business conferencing refreshment breaks, sports & family day events, employee appreciation, retirement & award ceremonies, Carnival all-inclusive functions, Birthdays, Weddings & Christmas parties, Nutritional Feeding Programme contracts, (private & public).

With a fully equipped commercial kitchen comprising modern heavy duty, high volume capacity cooking appliances, utensils, apparatus & preparation machines, centrally, conveniently & strategically located in East Trinidad with superb logistics for quick distribution especially to East/West Corridor locations and also beyond.

An equally qualified and experienced executive management team is fully supported by a group of committed, experienced cooks, seasoned kitchen support personnel, and professionally trained service staff, all fully trained in food preparation, proper hygiene, cleanliness & sanitation.
